These terms govern your use of the AN Repair Services website and any repair, installation or maintenance service booked with us in Kamareddy, Telangana and surrounding areas. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Service Bookings

Bookings made through our website, phone or WhatsApp are appointment requests. We confirm every booking by phone before dispatching a technician. Preferred date and time slots are subject to technician availability, though we make every effort to honour your selection.

Free Inspection & Quotations

We provide a free, no-obligation inspection and diagnosis for most service requests. Following inspection, we provide a clear price quote before any repair work begins. No repair work is carried out without your approval of the quoted price.

Pricing

Prices listed on this website for specific services (such as AC general service, AC gas refilling, split AC installation, washing machine installation and geyser installation) are indicative starting prices at the time of publishing and may vary based on appliance type, model, tonnage/capacity, condition, and location. All other repairs are quoted individually after inspection. We do not charge hidden fees beyond the quote you approve.

Warranty

Repairs completed by AN Repair Services carry a 90-day service warranty covering a recurrence of the same fault, in addition to any manufacturer warranty applicable to genuine spare parts fitted during the repair. This warranty does not cover unrelated faults, misuse, or damage occurring after the repair (e.g. from voltage surges, water damage, or physical impact).

Customer Responsibilities

To help us serve you safely and efficiently, please ensure our technician has safe and reasonable access to the appliance, that the information provided at booking (address, contact number, appliance details) is accurate, and that any pets or hazards are managed during the visit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a booking by contacting us by phone or WhatsApp. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
